Body & Soul is Recruiting: Operations Manager

For over 18 years Body & Soul has developed services to transform the lives of families living with the challenge of HIV. At the heart of our work, the Body & Soul building embodies our values and captures the love, care and respect that we believe can be the start of a transformative journey. We believe that the environment plays an essential role in reversing the damaging effects that HIV stigma can have on an individual’s ability to move forwards. Our building messages hope and positivity and conveys value and empathy. It is also a source of inspiration to both our members as well as our team.

The Role of Operations Manager: The challenge to consistently deliver this experience is central to the role of Operations Manager, but one that is hugely satisfying. Body & Soul is widely acclaimed for setting a new standard in how therapeutic design should be an essential component in front line health services.

The Operations Manager has responsibility for maintaining the condition and presentation of the environment; ensuring the smooth and regular supply of resources and supplies; excellent management and liaison of all maintenance contracts; the management of financial systems and invoicing and managing a small team of staff.

What We’re Looking for: Getting this right requires pride, great organisation, brilliant systems management and an outstanding eye for detail. The benefits to Body & Soul are not only creating a place that so many people describe as their ‘second home’, but also a sustainable income through our growing hospitality business.

We want to hear from outstanding people who are both motivated by making things work efficiently….and excited by the prospect of knowing that at Body & Soul this changes lives.

If you interested please send a cover letter and current CV to

We look forward to hearing from you.
