"15 or 16 years ago there was a big push in Britain about AIDS awareness and HIV - how to protect yourself, safer sex and all that. But since then a whole generation of kids have grown up and become sexually active. Britain now has the highest rate of teenage preganancies in Europe - it's definitely time to readdress this issue.
