As you are aware The Royal Homoeopathic Hospital is being refurbished over the next 3 years and BODY & SOUL has moved out - leaving behind 5 years of good memories, was hard for us all.

We have rented 3 smaller rooms within 9 Tavistock Place until the end of Easter 2003. An office space for staff and volunteers to share; a space for Adults/Teens and a space for Children. The next couple of months will be a challenge as we endeavour to find space big enough for all 1400 families, teenagers and children who access BODY & SOUL. There are numbers of options open to us at the moment, but the process is long and there are no guarantees.

As the new space is very limited, we are unable to provide the big Support Services you have been used to.

Therefore, time will be by Appointment Only and needs to be booked in advance by telephone. During this period Counselling appointments will continue; one-to-one support for those in crisis, assistance with disclosure to family/friends, Hardship Grant applications to Crusaid, CWAC etc; Health/Treatment Information and assessment & registration of new members. We are also hoping to maintain a Monthly Homoeopathy Clinic.

As there is limited space, those coming for appointments during the 'Open Hours Service' who have children, need to book place/s by telephone before 12 noon Tuesday.

Monthly HIV+ BaSe Group (for children aged 10-12 who know of their HIV status)
Telephone Rosie on 020 7383 7678 for information.

On Thursdays we will run an 'Open Hours Service' for TEEN SPIRIT.
This service will run from 5pm-8pm along the same lines as the Adults service.
Homework support will be provided from 4pm onwards. TEEN SPIRIT members should Ring Emma for details.

We know this period will be a struggle for us all and will continue to keep you all informed of developments as and when they happen. We will continue to maintain contact by telephone and you are welcome to call us on 020 7383 7678. We can always call you back. Keep well and let's speak soon.
